Important Legal Information
This retreat qualifies as a package tour within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.
As such, you are entitled to all EU rights applicable to package travel. Additionally, I comply with the legal requirements to provide protection for your payments in the event of my insolvency. A security certificate will be issued along with the travel confirmation and corresponding invoice.
Please also refer to the legally required information sheet about your rights as a package traveler under §651a BGB.
If Luna Lodge is fully booked for your preferred dates, I will find an alternative with a similar style. Any replacement will only be confirmed with your approval.

You’re staying in a private Rainforest Bungalow (single occupancy) which is nestled within the vibrant flora and fauna, blending seamlessly into its surroundings. With large windows and a lofty, beamed ceiling, it invites in ample fresh air, ensuring a consistently refreshing ambiance. The bamboo walls add a rustic charm, enhancing the space with a touch of natural elegance.
Indulge your senses at Luna Lodge’s restaurant, or head over to The Eclipse Bar, where you can sip on a tropical cocktail or a freshly made smoothie while soaking in the breathtaking views. The sparkling pool is always ready for a refreshing dip, offering the perfect respite. For a truly tranquil experience, unwind on the amazing open-air yoga deck, where you can gaze at the stars at night. And don’t forget the wellness center.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the trip at any time before the start of the journey. However, cancellations will result in a percentage loss of the trip price based on the timing of the cancellation:
- Up to 60 days before the trip: 20% of the trip price is forfeited.
- 59 to 30 days before the trip: 50% of the trip price is forfeited.
- 29 to 20 days before the trip: 70% of the trip price is forfeited.
- 19 to 15 days before the trip: 80% of the trip price is forfeited.
- 14 to 8 days before the trip: 95% of the trip price is forfeited.
- 7 days or less before the trip, or no-show: 100% of the trip price is forfeited.
Note
I reserve the right to cancel the retreat due to the trip leader’s illness or unforeseen circumstances beyond my control. In such situations, you will be notified up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the retreat. If the retreat is cancelled, you’ll get a FULL REFUND of the amount paid.
I reserve the right to determine if you are not a good fit for this trip after we had our Discovery Session.
It is strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive travel cancellation insurance and health insurance, including repatriation in case of accident, illness or death. Please ensure to protect yourself in case your flight is cancelled due to inclement weather or should an emergency occur, making you unable to travel. Credits will not be issued due to incoming flight delays and/or cancellations.

- Over 30 hours of 1:1 personal coaching woven into your journey. Experiences will include Shinrin-Yoku and Nature Coaching techniques, mindfulness exercises, journaling prompts, and other mind-body integration aspects in a safe and supportive space.
- A seamless, stress-free trip planned just for you including:
- All transfers and return flights in Economy Class with SANSA Airlines from San José domestic airport to Luna Lodge at the Osa Peninsula.
- 6 nights stay at Luna Lodge in a Rainforest Bungalow (single occupancy) including 3 delicious meals daily, including free coffee and tea.
- Guided activities to explore the jungle: Kayak Tour (2-3 hrs), Safari Jungle Tour (2-3 hrs).
- Detailed travel tips and important information on Costa Rica in addition to one preparational Zoom calls so you feel fully prepared for your journey. Plus, one post-trip 60-minute Zoom call once you’re back home and settled into your daily routine to reflect, integrate, and celebrate your progress.
- Small but delightful surprises. I’ve planned a few extra treats along the way to make your journey even more memorable—whether it’s something for the soul or a special little gift. But shh… no more spoilers!
- Peace of mind: In the event of my insolvency, you’ll receive a refund for all payments already made as this is a package tour as defined by Directive (EU) 2015/2302; you’re protected by the security certificate.
What's not included...
- Your round-trip airfare from home and any visa fee.
- Any alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks such as fresh juices or smoothies, or cocktails; they must be paid separately by either cash or card.
- Personal expenses, such as phone calls, laundry services, souvenirs and any gratuities for staff.
- Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance. You must provide your insurance details prior to the trip. If you fail to do so, you’ll not be able to participate on this retreat.
- Any optional activities or Spa treatments that you book in your spare time.
